The Novena Magic Cookware Fry Pan is a 26cm non-stick frying pan featuring a stylish granite-effect interior coating, a wood-look exterior, and an elegant matching glass lid. Designed to meet German quality standards, it delivers even heat distribution, effortless food release, and easy cleaning — making it a practical upgrade for any kitchen.

Manufactured by Crockeries Garden Ltd and compatible with all hob types, including induction, this pan is built to handle everyday frying, sautéing, and searing with consistent results and minimal oil.

Key Features

26cm diameter — ideal size for everyday cooking for 2–4 people.

Granite-effect non-stick coating for easy food release and minimal oil cooking.

Induction compatible (NEU Induction) — works on gas, electric, ceramic, and induction hobs.

Wood-style handle and matching lid knob for a premium aesthetic and comfortable grip.

Tempered glass lid included — monitor cooking without lifting the lid.

Available in two colors: Red and Teal.

German Quality — marketed under 25 Years of Service Excellence by Crockeries Garden Ltd.

Before First Use

Wash the pan and rub in a small amount of cooking oil before the first use.

Cooking Instructions

Do not heat the pan empty for extended periods — this can cause damage to the coating.

To avoid burning residual cooking oil (which vaporises at 200°C / 392°F), pour some cold water into the pan after cooking.

Use wooden or plastic utensils only — avoid sharp or metal tools. Scratches do not affect the cooking function, but will affect the appearance.

For oven use: cast handles can be used without restriction. Plastic fittings can withstand up to 160°C (320°F). Protect wooden handles in the oven by wrapping them in aluminum foil.

Cleaning & Care

Wash all pans carefully and thoroughly after each use. Regular cleaning extends the life of your cookware.

For cleaning: hot water, washing-up liquid, and a soft sponge are sufficient.

Never scrub with steel wool pads or harsh abrasive cleaners — these will damage the non-stick coating.

Always allow the pan to cool before adding cold water to prevent grease splatters or pan warpage.

Remove all grease and food residue after every use — residue will burn when the pan is reheated and cause stains.

All pieces are dishwasher safe. However, handwashing is recommended to maintain the cookware's surface over time.

After dishwasher use, rub the pan with a few drops of cooking oil before the next use to maintain the coating.

Discoloration of the bottom of the pan is harmless aluminum oxidation — not a defect.

If a white film develops from hard-water minerals, use a non-abrasive cloth or sponge moistened with vinegar or lemon juice to remove it, then rinse and dry.

Washing wooden handles in a dishwasher can cause withering — hand-washing the handles.
